All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
M&M Scents & Apparel, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
M&M Scents & Apparel, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
